As "Engagement Coordinator", you'll join a proactive team driven by creativity and strategic approach. Top class content merchandising is the main goal of our team and you will take a huge part in the definition of content distribution, promotion, and activation across multiple channels.You will have the opportunity to develop our storytelling related to main live events into multiple on and off-platform outputs: from Planning to social media, from Production to News. You will be the perfect bridge from the on-platform team to the whole off-platform, making sure all the live and near live events are covered under the same quality standards and all the teams are aligned on content priorities. Liaising with all the teams part of the Content & Production department, but also PR and Marketing. And after Live is done, you will be a key part of the analysis of performances.To do this, flexibility and a 360° approach is key. Planning and Editorial team will provide you all the insights you need to help planning activities and off-platform storyline development, always with a data-driven approach. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will help you to handle multiple work streams that will improve your content merchandising skills as well as your social media touch. To achieve this, you'll need data analysis, an enthusiastic approach, curiosity, and multitasking skills.This role will be based in our Madrid office.
