United Call Centers is a global leader in providing multilingual call center services using an at-home workforce. We provide OmniChannel Front Office BPO services globally in all languages and are currently looking for a talented Norwegian speaking CSR for our international team.
Our new teammates will participate in running a multilingual customer service for one of our clients, which is the flagship of shared green-mobility across the EU. Please provide a short (4-5 minute) voice recording in Norwegian and in English, where you introduce yourself and explain why you would like to work with us.
Job Responsibilities:Escalate problems in Norwegian language for Second Line Help-desk support if applicable.Help with any additional administrative tasks on campaign.Learn and follow instructions, use standard operating procedures and call scripts, FAQs as provided by management.Ensure the Service Desk meets all SLA compliance requirements to the business by exercising an ownership mentality toward customer needs, showing respect and consideration to all team members and contributing improvements where possible.Be on time and available for given shifts.Participate in all required training.Substitute other agents if needed.Agent Requirements:At least C1 Norwegian and C1 English language skills.At least 1 year experience in call/service center.Excellent written and spoken communication skills.Great analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.Able to work a minimum of 140 hours monthly in CET timezone.Our Offer:Payment of 12 EUR/hour (depending on language skill level), paid via an online payment platform.Remote work.Flexible schedule.Please note that this is a freelancer contract-based opportunity, so taxes and any social insurance contributions would be handled & paid by the Freelancer.
