Tasks in the roleLead the team of BI Engineers and Web Analytics EngineersCreation of Semrush BI & Self-Service Analytics StrategyCentralization of Semrush BI Function (from federated teams)Introduction of Dashboard Quality Standards/CertificationsMigration to Tableau CloudEnablement of high-quality DashboardsRefactoring of Legacy DashboardsOrchestration & Improvement of C-Level ReportingDevelopment of Semrush Self-Serve Analytics Function (based on Tableau, Looker Studio, Amplitude, and GA4)Increase of Analytics Literacy across Semrush employeesDesign & enablement of Self-Serve Analytics trainingMaintain & develop the Web Analytics services (GTM, GA)Enable consistent & efficient event trackingWho we are looking for4+ years of experience in Data or Analytics2+ years of people management experienceStrong communication skills to collaborate with C-Level and wide audiencesProactiveness & ambitionDeep understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Transformations, Data Analytics & Data VisualizationStrong knowledge of TableauWorking experience in Git, Airflow, dbt, BigQuery or similar systemsStrong project managementFluent EnglishPortfolio on Tableau PublicNot required, but a plus: Programming skills (HTML/CSS/JS), Tableau/Power BI certification, Good understanding of code tracking and delivery.
