Registration Manager Main PurposeCoordinate and manage regulatory activities of Crop Protection in Spain by following effectively the local Regulatory Science and Compliance activities, ensuring the approval, maintenance, defense, and re-registration of products.
Responsible for Regulatory Science Digital initiatives to bring/stimulate digital innovations that will transform the way we technically and scientifically operate at Iberia level.
Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesKeep track of and maintain the existing registrations.Responsible for the submission, follow-up, and defense of allocated regulatory dossiers.Provide all information required for the legal compliance for the products under his/her responsibility.Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the life cycle of Bayer's products by taking role in stewardship activities on a project/need basis.Responsible for label management inside regulatory area, providing authorised label text for products and ensuring correct final labels on the market.
Coordinate critical label changes and timelines that have a business consequence.Responsible for notifications to the national Anti Poison Toxicological Centers.Database manager for Regulatory at Iberian level (Spain and Portugal).Maintain and manage internal and external tools including specific portfolio databases and follow workflow systems and processes, and interface with authorities (electronic submissions).Ensure efficiency in the processes based on digital solutions already existing or to be improved/developed.Seek opportunities to leverage Data and Technology to deliver performance improvements.Constantly seek opportunities to increase the digital acumen.Inspire the colleagues in the entire team to live the digital transformation.
Act as a digital champion for the group.Help the team member to upscale digitally and share information and experience.LocationFlexibility in order to travel between Barcelona and Valencia.

Specific experience in Regulatory Science will be an additional asset.Basic level of knowledge of European and national regulations and technical background related to seeds and traits will be valued.Basic level of knowledge and understanding in agronomic industry business.Excellent analytical & IT skills (digitally fluent).Understanding of digital fundamentals, databases, new technologies.
