Job DescriptionThis position will start in MADRID (6 months training), then it will be permanently based in BARCELONA.Responsibilities:Manage monthly delivery of key reports to the District Sales Manager.Manage weekly sales meetings, as directed by the District Sales Manager.Organize sales events to drive existing and new customer engagement.Ensure updated marketing materials are accessible to Sales team and create customer-focused PowerPoint presentations from various marketing material.Work with CHQ-Marketing team for customized content when needed.Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with sales team.Deliver qualified sales leads to the team.Deliver and coordinate bid response information requested by the local Sales team or the Expeditors network.Provide rates and pricing support.Attend training & development sessions to understand the requirements of Sales.Organize training sessions related to Sales for your branch, as directed by the District Sales Manager.Update CRM and ensure data integrity measurements are met for the branch.Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs.Qualifications:Studies: Administration, International Trade, Business Administration.Proficient with data and data analysis using Excel; other tools such as POWER BI are a plus.Aptitude and desire to learn Sales fundamentals and processes.Passion to drive and support a team toward winning results.Outstanding time management skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency to achieve goals.Outstanding problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Confidence to make decisions in response to changing conditions.Confidence to proactively collaborate across the Expeditors network to support Sales efforts.Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel.Ability to influence others to action.Ability to independently apply creativity and problem-solving skills to achieve results.Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.Ability to work off-site for local events.Oral and written proficiency in the English language.Flexibility to take on additional tasks as requested.Skills:Proactive personCreative personTeam playerVisionaryEager to learnAdditional Information:Expeditors offers excellent benefits including Health Insurance and Dental Coverage, Annual Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Training (52+ hours per year), Personnel Development Program, Exceptional environment to work, Cross-training, and WFH policy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
