As the Area Learning Lead for Europe, North America, and Growth Markets, you will be out front: partnering with HR and Business Leaders, influencing Area learning strategies, aligning with Global Learning objectives, and shaping distinctive learning experiences that are scalable and flexible.

Key Accountabilities:Cultivating trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders in your area to drive strategic initiatives.Identifying and incorporating Area-specific learning requirements into Global Learning strategy and planning.Providing thought leadership and consultative support to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement.Driving integrated Learning programs, processes, and strategies into area people plans.Driving accountability by measuring and analyzing results, highlighting areas of strength and areas of improvement and identifying action steps to remedy.Your Skill Set and Experience Likely Includes:Experience creating, leading, and delivering learning solutions in a complex, matrixed organization.Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and project management skills.Problem solver: you see challenges as opportunities and are not afraid to stretch and try new things.Resourceful leader capable of quickly taking control of your responsibilities and establishing yourself as a credible strategic partner.Highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and leadership.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities.Strong interpersonal awareness with the ability to influence and build relationships.Values diverse teaming and finds inspiration in working with people from various backgrounds and cultures.Academic Requirements:Undergraduate degree or you may have 7+ years of experience working in HR, Learning Environments, Organizational & Leadership Development, and/or Consulting.
