Key responsibilities include: Product Positioning: Craft compelling product positioning and messaging as a Revvity Signals expert in Drug Discovery and Chemistry. Collaborate with product management and wider marketing teams to ensure resonance with target buyer personas across various use cases.Go-To-Market Strategy Development: Develop a Go-To-Market plan for the Drug Discovery Chemistry you support in conjunction with our marketing team, outlining key activities and budgets for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.Market Intelligence: Be the expert on our buyers, understanding who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.Competitive Positioning: Understand the competitive landscape thoroughly, becoming an expert on our competition and their positioning.Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate on marketing programs such as events, webinars, and thought-leadership content, innovating on how scenario examples and demos are presented to both non-technical and technical audiences.Content Creation: Create core and technical product marketing content for customers, partners, and field personnel.Thought Leadership: Serve as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.Launch Planning: Plan key solution launches, managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan.Program Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing programs supporting your solutions and report back to the business on necessary adjustments.Buyer Process: Document our buyer's process comprehensively, including their information sources and decision-making factors, and implement changes to sales and marketing processes accordingly.Sales Support: Support our sales channels by training them on the problems we solve for buyers and users, developing internal tools and external collateral, and guiding their use.Market Awareness: Act as the "eyes and ears" of your market for product management.Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software, technology, or consulting companies with at least 2 years of experience in a drug discovery market-facing role (e.g., delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research).Must possess a PhD or master's in chemistry and have product marketing experience.Outstanding ability to convey value proposition and insights drawing from prior industry experience and acquired familiarity with Revvity Signals products and use cases.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong will to win in the marketplace.Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is -or isn't—working.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.Self-starter with a dynamic, confident personality.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats.Creative and strategic thinker.Experience in a Sales environment and interacting with customer teams preferred.Willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
