About the Position
Reporting to the Operations VP, the Director of Supply Chain (DoSC) is responsible for managing the flow of goods, services, and information among OEM, suppliers, and customers.
The DoSC provides leadership to the planning, purchasing & procurement, warehousing, customer service, and logistics teams and contributes to achieve the Operations Department's three main goals:
Quality service to achieve high customer satisfaction;
Accurate cost management to enable business profitability;
Internal & external stakeholder management to ensure lean processes across the company.
