YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement drivability calibration strategies for various powertrain systems. Utilize advanced engineering tools and methodologies to optimize vehicle performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure calibration objectives are met within project timelines. Conduct vehicle testing and data analysis to validate calibration solutions and identify areas for improvement. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve drivability-related issues throughout the development cycle. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance calibration methodologies and techniques.YOUR PROFILE:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.Master's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in the automotive sector.Familiarity with calibration software and diagnostic tools (INCA, Matlab/Simulink, CANoe, etc.) are required.Driving license B (passenger cars) mandatory.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is important.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Good base and knowledge in internal combustion engines.Proven experience in drivability calibration or related automotive engineering roles is advantageous.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ABOUT AVL IBERICAAVL Iberica is responsible for the Spanish, Mexican, and Portuguese markets.
