Provide technical expertise and support to resolve drivability-related issues throughout the development cycle. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance calibration methodologies and techniques.
YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in the automotive sector. Familiarity with calibration software and diagnostic tools (INCA, Matlab/Simulink, CANoe, etc.) are required. Driving license B (passenger cars) mandatory. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is important. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Good base and knowledge in internal combustion engines. Proven experience in drivability calibration or related automotive engineering roles is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
