Academy B2C Junior Project Manager About TMC Telemedicine Clinic (TMC), a Unilabs company, is Europe's leading teleradiology provider. TMC pioneered teleradiology services in Europe when it was founded back in 2002 and has since become a vital partner for more than 130 radiology departments in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. About TMC Academy Since 2012, TMC Academy is the training department of TMC. Consistent with TMC's mission of lifting world radiology standards through knowledge sharing, we are proud to offer radiologists inside and outside our organization the opportunity to benefit from our expertise via TMC Academy. TMC Academy has been growing rapidly over the last years. The services offered by TMC Academy vary from specialized on-demand diagnostic reporting training modules to onsite and online continuing medical education fellowship programs, held by prominent radiology experts from the field.
The Opportunity We are looking for a talented B2C Junior Project Manager to be part of our rapidly growing TMCA (TMC Academy) team, based at our headquarters in Barcelona with a hybrid schedule (2 days at the office and 3 days at home).
Mission and Organisational Context The Academy supports the company's overall mission of 'bringing quality healthcare to all people.' Its specific contribution consists of developing generalist radiologists into highly qualified subspecialists. These subspecialists will then produce more accurate diagnoses which in turn avoid unnecessary suffering of patients and reduce treatment costs for healthcare systems.
Roles and Responsibilities Radiology course management: Prepare on time, according to the calendar plan, the different courses assigned.Mentor management: Maintaining regular communication with experts in medical imaging to properly develop and deliver all content for each course.Case management: Dealing with TMC Academy's internal system and website to manage all medical cases included in each course.EACCME accreditation management: Ensure the projects are accredited on time by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.Events budget preparation.Academy website management: Use content management systems (CMS) Django to manage the web content.Customer support: Run live sessions conducted in Zoom usually between 1 and 5 pm (20+ participants).Participant's communications: Follow up new participants and existing users from our training activities.Customer service and client follow-up: From Academy client email box and Zendesk.
