Eres Relocation is one of the leading European service providers in the mobility industry.We are looking for an Immigration Consultant to manage the entire immigration process of our corporate client's employees, predominantly transferred to France. As the main point of contact, you will be managing the cases from initiation to completion, always assuring a smooth process and the satisfaction of all parties involved. In your service delivery, you will be closely working together with other eres Consultants, managing our eres Field Consultants and other stakeholders.Functions:Point of contact for RMCs and for direct AccountsImmigration case management from corporate clients and RMCsLiaison with current clients and reportingAssistance in all phases of case preparation, including gathering, analyzing, researching, organizing information and preparing legal documentsOngoing support and updates to clientsHandling of incoming immigration service orders of corporate clients (multinationals)Communication with transfereePreparation of document requirementsUpdating of case management system (ONYX)Handling and supervision of government compliance proceduresUpdating of information sheets and documentsLiaison and relationship building with current clientsOverall responsibility for client satisfaction, invoicing and working with external partnersTraining of new immigration team members, or building of immigration department at a later stageWe offer:Hybrid Work / Remote Work / Work from homeFlat hierarchy in an agile teamDevelopment opportunities in an international cooperationWorking in eres means working in an international and interdisciplinary work environment as part of a growing & dynamic team.
