Eres Relocation is one of the leading European service providers in the mobility industry.
We are looking for an Immigration Consultant to manage the entire immigration process of our corporate client's employees, predominantly transferred to France. As the main point of contact, you will be managing the cases from initiation to completion, always assuring a smooth process and the satisfaction of all parties involved. In your service delivery, you will be closely working together with other eres Consultants, managing our eres Field Consultants and other stakeholders.
Functions: Point of contact for RMCs and for direct Accounts
Immigration case management from corporate clients and RMCs
Liaison with current clients and reporting
Assistance in all phases of case preparation, including gathering, analyzing, researching, organizing information and preparing legal documents
Ongoing support and updates to clients
Handling of incoming immigration service orders of corporate clients (multinationals)
Communication with transferee
Preparation of document requirements
Updating of case management system (ONYX)
Handling and supervision of government compliance procedures
Updating of information sheets and documents
Liaison and relationship building with current clients
Overall responsibility for client satisfaction, invoicing and working with external partners
Training of new immigration team members, or building of immigration department at a later stage
