Description Responsibilities:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the software team, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of request and new features. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement operational strategies and processes. Tracking and analyzing team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. Managing resource allocation and workload distribution among team members. Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members. Identifying training and development needs within the team and coordinating appropriate initiatives. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development and operations. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in project management and digital transformation initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS technology. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
