The Production Center boosts business growth by driving efficiencies and performance.Purpose of the role: The Production Manager manages the production of low & medium-level spend and standard projects, ensuring the highest satisfaction of Indicia Worldwide's clients. The mission is to activate the proposition of Indicia Worldwide through clients, delivering both the best quality and price for our clients' needs.Approach: To establish excellence in production delivery through our values - Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, Pioneering, and Accountability.The Production Manager will manage a range of production projects, which includes the following tasks:Be responsible for low and medium-complexity production projects.Verify the information received in our briefs.Support for billing processes in close collaboration with our central services department.Full project monitoring and process verification.Collaboration with our suppliers to ensure the best service standards.Development of relationships with internal stakeholders.Support in information processes and reporting.Monitoring of internal initiatives.Face the clients directly for transactional support (e.g., quoting, communicating delays).Mentoring and upskilling Production Executives.Accountable for compliance.Client-specific WOWs.Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure: The Production Manager will likely have 2-3 years of print production experience. Relevant project management or supplier liaison and sourcing experience will be considered positively. Industry-related education and qualifications will be a plus. Fluency in written and spoken English, Czech, and Slovak is required.Mindset to navigate the role: As a PM, you will demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, as you will be interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Good communication skills will help ensure that projects move forward smoothly. The role also demands a solution-oriented and resolutive mindset, where problems are viewed as opportunities to find solutions.
