Role and Responsibilities Identify and handle customer issues and complaints, providing appropriate solutions.
Guide customers within specified time limits, utilizing cheat sheets, guides, and protocols provided during training.
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional customer support.
Identify when issues need to be re-assigned to another department.
Collaborate with fellow agents and teams for more complex cases.
Document each action taken in detail using the CRM system.
Required Skills Professionally proficient in Belgian Flemish language.
Fluent in English.
Experience in the customer service industry, preferably in a contact center.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with others.
Ability to take ownership of calls and progress them to resolution or escalate when necessary.
