With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference.Your mission: Become a key finance business partner to Modern Trade's Commercial Team in Spain by providing them with clear insights on volume, price realization, and profitability performance, influencing decision-making to ensure business sustainability.
Support the Sales Finance Manager in leading the Spain Modern Trade top line planning agenda for all categories through sound financial business analysis to optimize channel results and accomplish annual operating targets.Responsibilities:Financial ForecastingLong Term: Coordinate Annual Operating Plan and Target Definition process by gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders and consolidating the channel's algorithm.Mid-Term: Own Net Revenue rolling forecast process for all categories, ensuring accurate guidance for the year.
Identify gaps vs targets and devise initiatives to overcome them.Short-Term: Lead top-line monthly outlook process through the identification of deviations vs forecast and AOP.Monthly Closing: Conduct in-depth top-line analysis to understand performance vs plan/forecast and provide thorough visibility of drivers explaining that performance.
Build detailed scorecards to help Sales Team understand actual performance by category, pack type, subchannel, customer, etc.Profitability: Conduct fundamental channel and customer profitability analysis to keep track of channel's performance.
Partner with Commercial Team on the definition of plans to increase channel/customer profitability and provide them with strategic recommendations to seize opportunities and minimize risks.Other Business Support: Provide Financial Support for any commercial initiative and/or transformation project to ensure incremental profitability.Qualifications:What will you need to succeed?Experience 4 years in a similar function.University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or alike.Analytical and abstract thinking.Strategic mindset.Quick and smart when analyzing complex situations.
