Our Retail Sales team comprises 150 employees globally, who, with the acquisition of Datatrans and Proximis, are just getting started to provide a real feel-good, connected experience at the world's most well-known retailers.
Role Overview
This is a 100% new business sales role with primary focus on building robust relationships with decision-makers in Retailers and merchants with strong international & national footfall. The goal is to secure new customers to our core suite of products and services within Spain. The role holder will work closely with Key Account Managers, Business Developers, Country Manager, Sales Support, Marketing, and wider teams to sell our international acquiring solutions to these new customers.
Manage a team of 7 Business Developers across main Spanish regions and report to SVP Retail Southern Europe.
Lead the review of acquiring opportunities in the Retail Sector and build a commercial business case to support investment in this sector.
Build an annual Sales Development plan and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business sales targets.
