Our mission is to contribute to help more people and businesses prosper.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Global Standards Manager, reporting to the SCIB COO Global Head of Quality, you will be leading the execution of the Global Standards as a key instrument to achieve excellence in execution and to embed the continuous improvement mindset across SCIB's teams. This overarching exercise puts our processes under review and provides an objective view by country/area, allowing the identification of gaps against SCIB standards and the implementation of plans to close those gaps.In your role, you will be supporting and challenging the assessment in close coordination with the BAU teams, conducting the main activities in the process:Lead Global Leaders in updating Global Standards for the following cycle.Coordinate the calendar and activities in each Global Standards cycle.Monitor Action Plan assignment processes.Upgrade Global Standards dashboards inside the visualization tool (ABM).Support Global Standards governance, monitoring closed gaps and calculation of ratings.Maintain tools and documentation.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Support Global standards governance.Design action plan monitoring & track process within Global Standards gaps.Determine & improve dashboards in connection with other signals of non-quality.Interact with all stakeholders, providing guidance to Global Heads and Local Users regarding timelines and responsibilities.Support and challenge questionnaire's definition (structure, questions, weights).Ensure correct parametrization of the tools used to support Global Standards assessment (Verum and Volta).Maintain tools (access, documentation, new developments, etc).EXPERIENCEBroad experience required in audit/control/risk management, with sound knowledge of CIB processes and products (> 10 years). International experience is not indispensable but will be very valuable to this global senior position.EDUCATIONTechnical Degree (Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) or Business Degree.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEBilingual in English and Spanish. Results oriented, with a "thinker" (vs "doer" mindset), strong analytical skills, disruptive thinking
