Position: Global Payroll Transformation ManagerWe are hiring a Global Payroll Transformation Manager who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.
What you will do:Lead the transformation of the end-to-end payroll service delivery process, driving efficiency, standardization, and automation across the different countries and employee groups.Assess current payroll procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices and streamlined workflows.Collaborate with other HR areas, Finance, IT, Operations and other stakeholders to gather payroll requirements and coordinate processes.Develop payroll policies and guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance.Develop process maps, payroll manuals and deliver trainings to different stakeholders.Ensure data accuracy and timely payroll processing and reporting.Monitor payroll performance and metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations for continuous improvement.Generate payroll reports and presentations to provide insights and support decision-making to senior management and work peers.Manage relationships with payroll providers, ensuring service levels.Stay updated with payroll trends and regulations.Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with payroll controls.Lead a team of payroll professionals providing support, guidance and fostering professional growth.Address escalated inquiries from internal customers, third parties, and stakeholders promptly and effectively.What you will need:Bachelor's degree in HR, Labour Relations, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Payroll Manager in a multi-country operations company working with local payroll providers.Proven experience leading payroll transformation initiatives.Strong waterfall project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate complex cross-functional projects.Familiarity with HR systems and their integration and connectivity with payroll systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
