Join our Sales & Marketing team with an unmatched depth of capabilities and help our customers solve some of the world's toughest challenges.Location/Division Specific Information An opportunity exists for a sales professional who wants to join Fisher Scientific and to work in the environment of cosmetics, nutritional's, Innovative food, and Agriculture.Discover Impactful Work: A day in the Life:Prospect and establish new opportunities by leading a sales pipeline and developing and delivering proposals to customers by illustrating Thermo Fisher's value proposition.Seek out broader relationships within the account to help facilitate networking and prospecting.Build a strong understanding of defined geographical region and sub-segments through in-depth research and analysis of potential customers and markets. Understand the competitive landscape.Collaborate cross functionally and cross divisionally to use total company capabilities and relationships.Exhibit expertise of current market and competitive trends and its impact to broader business initiatives.Effectively navigate relationships and connections and lead strategies.Keys to Success: Education - MBA or professional business education is required.Experience - 10 years of significant and shown experience across a wide range of sectors. Experience from Industrial segments such as Food and Agriculture would be an advantage.A sound understanding of the current marketplace for laboratory products.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Must possess self-motivation, passion, a positive approach, and perform as an excellent teammate!An ability to deliver a comprehensive value proposition to meet customer needs which includes all relative components of the company's capabilities.The job holder must possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills vital to represent the Company. These skills must be complemented by the ability to work as a member of a team, building consensus and the co-operation of colleagues and external contacts.Proven negotiation skills and successfully gaining new contracts.Proficient in English, verbal and written.Proficient with SFDC, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Power BI.Full driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of time.Our Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
