Family Playland is the platform where parents can entertain their kids with curated content, tailored to traditional family values that elevate the human spirit.Responsibilities:Daily calling to churches and schools that are potential customers for safe educational and entertainment content.Responsible for establishing, tracking, and delivering subscription revenue goals.Channel sales management for schools and churches.Pricing/yield strategy.Work with prospect lists delivered on a monthly basis.Work in partnership with product and marketing on quarterly business reviews to evaluate progress across the business.Develop and execute accountability frameworks and interaction models to monitor and drive revenue.Manage CRM platform, present revenue results and sales pipeline.Partner with finance and operations to structure a yearly planning process around key goals, team strategies, and KPIs that drive performance around the overarching strategies and company revenue and financial goals.Act as a central conduit, in partnership with operations, between finance, data, strategy, and marketing in driving the subscription revenue strategy throughout the organization.Build and manage a high performing team.Essentials:8+ years of relevant experience in schools and/or churches of any denomination.Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous revenue initiatives to successful completion.Ability to think strategically and to translate ideas into action.Management consulting experience or strategy/business planning experience.Creative problem solver that can proactively identify problems, pull together data and people to identify causes and develop solutions.Ability to facilitate and communicate cross-functionally to ensure consistent development and execution of strategies, including strong presentation skills.High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to create the right solutions and approaches for each situation.Passion for bringing out the best in those around you and facilitating the success of others.Staying cool under pressure.Bilingual is a plus.The Perks:Exclusive FamilyPlaylandMedia events and advance screenings.Paid time off every year to volunteer for eligible employees.Access to well-being tools, resources, and freebies.Access to in-house learning and development resources.Compensation:Compensation is estimated at approximately $60K per year (if hired after the internship) (compensation is through a combination of base pay + commission). Successful candidates will possess a compelling combination of many of them and the self-awareness and wisdom to leverage existing and/or new resources in the area(s) where they lack personal mastery.Vets2PM Provides:Mentorship and guidance via weekly SkillBridge Intern Zoom Meetings.PM Fundamentals course, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview skills course.Other free resources, including an electronic copy of 'How to Speak Civilian Fluently'.Other:Not all internships include certification training by Vets2PM, as many host companies include their own internship-focused training instead.
