Join our team as a Documentation Manager, where you will play a key role in ensuring efficient documentation processes, compliance with industry standards, and seamless collaboration across project teams.
Responsibilities:Co-lead the creation, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive documentation control system for all project phases, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and company policies.Work closely with project managers, engineers, and external partners to ensure documentation meets requirements and is accessible to relevant stakeholders.Oversee the entire documentation lifecycle, conduct regular audits, and ensure adherence to industry standards and continuous improvement practices.Train and support staff in proper documentation practices and effective use of documentation systems.Monitor and manage administrative databases, coordinate documentation exchanges, and prepare status reports for senior management and project teams.Minimum Requirements:A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Document Manager, preferably in the energy sector.Proficiency in documentation control systems and familiarity with ISO standards and compliance processes.Strong knowledge of project lifecycle documentation across Development, EPC, and O&M phases.Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, and external contractors.Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in training teams on documentation systems and practices is highly desirable.Our Workplace:In Madrid, our office is in Torre Europe near Santiago Bernabeu Station, which you can easily reach by metro line 10.
