Document Controller

Key Responsibilities General Duties: Manage the numbering, filing, sorting, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Specific Duties: Receive, catalogue, and store all technical drawings, reports, and related documents in an organized manner in line with approved project policies and procedures.
Supervise the correct application of the document codification system across all project teams.
Maintain accurate and easily retrievable electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Control project communications to ensure all information is properly documented and distributed.
Respond promptly to information retrieval requests and provide support for information searches and other documentation needs.
Prepare progress reports and provide support to various departments as required.
Ensure adherence to internal ISO processes and compliance with the integrated management system.
Candidate Profile Experience: Prior experience in document control or similar administrative roles, preferably in construction engineering or the renewable energy sector.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Education: A degree in Documentation Management, Library Science, or a related field is desirable.
Attributes: Excellent organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
