Document Controller

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to oversee the management and distribution of project documentation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, version control, archiving, quality assurance, and document security.
This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of project documents throughout their lifecycle.
This is a permanent, full time position based in Madrid, Spain.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the project owner for document management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain version control of all project documents, ensuring that the most current versions are readily accessible to team members.
Oversee the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Manage the archiving process for completed project documents, ensuring they are stored securely and can be retrieved efficiently when needed.
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all documentation meets established standards.
Ensure document security protocols are adhered to, protecting sensitive information from unauthorized access.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration regarding project documentation.
Serve as a PMWeb (Cloud-Based Collaboration Platform) expert, providing training and support to team members as needed.
Generate regular reports on document management processes and compliance to the Senior Project Manager.
