Responsibilities Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure adherence to platform policies and community guidelines
Investigate and resolve reported instances of policy breaches, fraud, or inappropriate behavior
Identify and escalate high-risk cases, ensuring confidentiality and data security are maintained
Provide prompt and empathetic support to users, balancing platform standards with user satisfaction
Work with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service quality
Track KPIs to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications Native or fluent in Dutch, with strong English skills
Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship
Familiarity with back-office operations and content moderation
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, including nights and weekends; part-time employment is also available for this role.
