We are seeking a Product Team Manager with a strong background in engineering and a proven track record in agile project management to lead our dynamic team in the development of servo drive systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development cycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring that all products meet our rigorous quality standards and customer expectations. As the Product Team Manager, you will coordinate a team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Building, leading, and mentoring a multi-disciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Technical Guidance: Providing technical direction and support to the engineering team, ensuring best practices are followed.Agile Implementation: Championing agile methodologies within the team, ensuring agile practices are understood and effectively applied.Backlog Management: Prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.Sprint Planning & Reviews: Organizing and facilitating sprint planning sessions to define sprint goals and allocate tasks effectively.Daily Scrums: Conducting daily stand-up meetings to monitor progress and address any impediments swiftly.Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders.Resource Allocation: Managing resources efficiently to meet project timelines and budget constraints.Performance Monitoring: Tracking team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting strategies as needed. RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, with a preference for those holding a master's degree or higher.Minimum 1-year experience in a managerial role and a minimum of three years in hardware/firmware engineering development.In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, especially in the Electronic and/or Firmware development cycle. Servo drive technology knowledge would be a plus.A solid understanding of product lifecycle management and resource allocation is important.
