Key Responsibilities Outbound call on various segments in order to enhance customer retention Use CRM to track progress with new prospects Report bi-weekly sales goals and objectives Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and request referrals Brainstorm to find new ways to monetize our products Identify prospects that fit our business model (B2C companies, renting companies...)
