Your mission:
Analyze project requirements in order to understand the scope and implementation plan of consulting projects.
Design solutions tailored to the needs of the client and project using innovation methodologies and processes (Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Open Innovation).
Collect primary and secondary data using market intelligence methodologies, tools, and information sources.
Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis of information related to industry context, innovation trends, innovative technologies, and new business models.
Prepare deliverables and analysis reports on the state of the art in our areas of interest.
Manage direct communications with corporate stakeholders and innovation ecosystems (start-ups, accelerators, partners) throughout project development.
Update and communicate the project status in order to advance correctly and improve quality.
Present the project stages and collaborate with the Project Leader in customer presentations.
Profile:
3 years of experience in a strategic or innovation consultancy.
Experience working in an innovation department of a tier 1 corporate company or creating and leading your own startup.
Experience working with Agile methodologies, managing Open Innovation programs and Venture Building projects.
Knowledge of the entrepreneurial and technological ecosystem.
Knowledge of startup environments.
Organised and decisive with strong analytical skills.
Intellectual curiosity - have a hunger for knowledge and personal growth, as well as self-motivated initiative.
Excellent ability to work as part of a team, in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments.
Innovative and collaborative approach to problem solving.
Skilled in presentations and client communication.
Advanced level of English.
