Hybrid Work Model Job Description Position Purpose To improve the Spain market position through delighting our customers with great customer service, retaining their business, and growing with them through lane expansion.
The role is responsible for growing the revenue line in a profitable way by finding new business opportunities.
The role is expected to participate in building the growth strategy for the company and taking a lead position in the implementation.

Major/Key Accountabilities Growth – Achieve the annual revenue budget for existing and new customers.
Build growth strategy in existing & new sectors.
Lead multifunctional teams to ensure that the company retains current customer business when under threat from competition.
Control and monitor the sales funnel. Asset Productivity – Develop AP strategy in the manufacturer area and improve internal collaboration with the rest of the areas. Customer Satisfaction – Increase the NPS for customers by ensuring they receive outstanding customer service, both in the field and from the office.
This includes ensuring the smooth rollout of new initiatives and tools. People – Develop a team of high-performance account management and sales staff.
Work to increase engagement through improving the work experience of team members, invest in appropriate zero harm initiatives, job training, and coaching, and ensure that high potential colleagues are given the opportunity to develop their careers within the business. Cost Efficiency – Ensure careful management of T&E costs through the rollout of route planning and management of expenses.
Work with the supply chain team to address quality issues before they become a cause for customer concern or a major cost to the company.
Ensure that revenue recovery activity becomes "business as usual" through the Business Intelligence team.
Work with the CET to deliver company sustainability targets.
Collaborate closely with commercial finance to ensure that customer relationships remain economically sustainable for both the company and the customer. Qualifications Business / Commercial Degree, MBA

Experience Minimum 4 years in a commercial role with people management.
Minimum 10 years general business experience.
Good grasp of commercial finance and the basis upon which investment decisions are made.
