About the team you are joiningThe Assistant, Regional Communications will work closely with the European Regional Affairs team and will be responsible for coordinating the design and production of quality communication support materials for IATA's activities in the European region.What your day would be likeAct as coordinator and manage logistics and supplier negotiation for developing visual basis for promotional materials related to the delivery of IATA's strategy in Europe; Support the Regional Vice President in the communication process; Create, edit, and produce visual and written messages to be integrated in presentations, brochures, posters, videos, booklets etc.; Liaise with colleagues in different departments within the region to collect the necessary information; Contribute to regional communications including the regional blog, newsletter, regional internet, and intranet pages; Any other duties that may be assigned, as needed.We would love to hear from you if you haveA Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; 1 to 3 years of work experience in a similar position; A reliable, organized, and detail-oriented mindset; Ability to manage various stakeholders; Excellent communication skills; Fluency in English; other European languages would be an asset; Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).Travel Required: No#J-18808-Ljbffr
