We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.We are currently looking for a Data Analyst (French Speaker) – System Operations Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.The goal of this role is to support the Refinish Direct Business EMEA in France with data insight, further integration, and process optimization in the Direct Business in France. We are aiming to create a more data-driven decision-making process.Key Responsibilities: Full responsibility and first contact for data analytics for the ERP system in use.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to track business/commercial performance.Provide data to EMEA organization.Centralize and harmonize common reports as much as needed and automatically make them available to users.Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key commercial and business performance metrics.Support the EMEA organization in the assessment, design, implementation, and roll out of the data needed.Support the transformation program and transition to global ERP (S4) at a later stage.Data preparation, cleansing, and mapping.Change management.Key Requirements: Language: Mandatory to be fluent in French and English (writing and speaking).Bachelor's degree ideally in Business Administration or similar fields.3-5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or similar.Ideally, knowledge of sales data and commercial analytics.Systems knowledge: Advanced level in Excel for data manipulation.
