Are you ready to join us?We seek a dedicated and skilled Data Migration Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an intermediate level of experience (2-5 years) in data migration projects, with a strong capability to manage and execute data migration plans efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage data migration projects, ensuring timely and accurate data transfer.Develop, review, and execute detailed data migration project plans, including timelines and milestones.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data migration processes.Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues promptly. Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.Requirements:Intermediate experience level (2-5 years) in data migration.Participation in more than two migration projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong capability to work under strict deadlines.Ability to read and create detailed data migration project plans with all relevant periods. Demonstrated proactive attitude, strong teamwork, and leadership skills. Meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. SAP knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.
