What is the job about?
The EMS and Management System Technician will design environmental and quality procedures, inspect processes, develop environmental and quality control systems, support external audits and assessments, be involved in the sustainability process, execute internal audits, and determine corrective actions.
What will you do?
Obtain data for updating and monitoring environmental aspects and impacts.Analyze legal requirements and review applications according to legal requirements and support on customer's EMS requirements.Analyze chemical characteristics with evaluation of technical sheets and determination of storage and waste management.Monitor and record waste collection, updating records.Manage UNE-EN-9100, UNE-EN-ISO-14001, and UNE-EN-ISO-27001 indicators, follow up on risks analysis, documentation management, external audits planning and support, internal audits planning and execution, reports, non-conformities, and improvement actions records and follow up.Maintain and enforce the procedures of the quality and environmental systems, ensuring that the products and services meet the quality standards (electronic systems).Support for the necessary records of PRL and EMS required by sustainability and support in client sustainability audits.Assist the sustainability committee, analyzing proposals, implementation, and carbon footprint determination.Support customer audits and assessments.Support new quality tooling requirements and calibration.Onboarding and follow-up of survey completion, resolving queries.Conduct safety surveys under the organization's safety management system, following up and analyzing results.Support supplier surveys and certifications analysis.Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.What are we looking for?
Required:
Fluent spoken and written English AND Spanish.Willing to work from our Málaga offices at least 2-3 days per week.University education OR 3 years of experience in environmental and quality processes and products in automotive, aerospace, or similar companies.Experience in KPI and indicators management and document management.Experience in audits management.Risks and changes management.Proficient in MS Office (or similar) and other software applications.Knowledge in UNE-EN-9100, UNE-EN-ISO-14001, UNE-EN-ISO-27001, and PRL.Root Cause Analysis Methodologies.Non-conformities management.Valuable:
