Plan, deploy, and maintain servers, storage, and backup systems, applying AMS+ practices.Administer system management and automation tools: (e.g., Microsoft System Center, Intune).
Configure and manage printers and other IT components.Security Management: Develop, maintain, and operate IT security tools and monitoring solutions.
Respond proactively to security alerts and incidents.Capacity and Cost Management: Analyze resource requirements and optimize cloud service costs.
Prepare reports with cost-saving recommendations.General Responsibilities: Plan and execute complex IT infrastructure projects independently.
Create and update operational documentation.
Provide 1st and 2nd level support, including on-call duties.Requirements Key Skills:Education: Apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d), degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience: 5+ years managing infrastructure services and delivering large-scale IT projects in international corporations.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in hybrid cloud solutions, virtualization, cloud security, and automation tools.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certifications preferred).
