David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology.
Together, we're looking for a German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Essen or Leipzig.
Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Essen or Leipzig, Germany Work Model: Hybrid Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, conduct, and follow up on phone calls and job interviews.
Assess applicants via aptitude tests to find the best fit for teams.
Guide applicants through every step of the recruitment process.
Work with our social media team to develop exciting content and campaigns.
Manage recruitment databases.
REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluency in German (C1 level) and a good command of English (B2 level).
Previous experience in human resources is a plus.
Knowledge of German labor law would be beneficial.
Comfortable using common PC and internet applications.
Excellent communication skills and a desire to continue to learn.
Able to work carefully with attention to detail and independently.
