This role demands a problem-solving mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internally and with the customer to ensure successful implementation and adoption of services.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate comprehensive project plans outlining timelines and deliverables for each new customer onboarding or expansion to a new market.Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Success, IT, Engineering, Finance) and customers to ensure alignment and accountability.Monitor project progress, identify and communicate potential risks or obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.Document standard and market-specific process and technology flows.Facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders involved, ensuring alignment with overall objectives from pre-sales to the service rollout.Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability to drive collective success across all stakeholders.Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations during onboarding, providing expert-level support to resolve complex technical issues.Build and maintain strong relationships with each customer, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their technical needs.Implement processes for efficiently triaging, prioritizing, and resolving project-related issues.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
