Join us as a Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and tools Customer Solution Manager! You will influence activities in the heart of a growing business within Airbus Customer Services in direct contact with our customers! You will have the opportunity to express your technical and communication skills to plan and develop the tools our customers need and guide them towards the right set-up and know-how of the tools to operate and maintain their fleet. Your recommendations shall help Customers to prepare aircraft Entry Into Service (EIS) and their maintenance activities with the provisioning of dedicated tools adapted to their fleets and growth strategy.
You will be responsible to capture the voice of Airbus Customers and their pain points to identify needs to transform into concrete GSE Solutions. When appropriate, co-develop and co-create these solutions in partnership with the customers and AIRBUS stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and provide GSE & tools recommendations to Customers.Manage answers to GSE and tools queries from Airbus customers and internal stakeholders.Link between Customers and Tool design offices for Development of GSE services: Deliver the best customized solution for Customer needs!Support the sales of GSEs and tools to the market and provide technical assistance as well as after-sales support.Seek for our customers' feedback and disseminate them internally with the goal to adapt our offers to their expectations.Continuously promote initiatives on processes, IT tools and ways of working allowing to improve business efficiency and value for the Customers.Ensure GSE development on time, on cost and quality.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
