Within GS&C;, the Sales Training & Enablement team is responsible for understanding key business and stakeholder priorities, and creating innovative and value-add change management, communication, and L&D; (learning & development) solutions for the GMS Sales & Client Management organisations.
This includes programmes to support new hire, core skill development (e.G.
effective selling and financial acumen), as well as creative and engaging communications.
All of which lead to empowering the field to manage merchant relationships with impact.

The Analyst for Training & Enablement, EMEA will operate in a complex region, driving productivity and success of the sales teams that supports business goals across multiple markets.
Responsibilities: Collating, analysing and reporting data and insights from training initiatives.Supporting the execution of the Training & Enablement team strategy across global projects through planning, scheduling and events management (virtual/in-person).Heading up the teams communication strategy with stakeholders to ensure a targeted, purposeful and efficient connection with key partners.Partnering with field training champions to understand most critical needs, and be a credible voice for the field.Helping to define and drive Training & Enablement key performance indicators to inform and drive success.Managing the team budget for training & enablement initiatives including vendor accounts, invoicing, etc.Managing the operational side of team internal communications (mailboxes, calendars, etc.)
to allow for highly efficient and transparent communication and collaboration.Acting as the administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) Navigator with a focus on content and event management as well as data and analytics. Minimum Qualifications: Analytical skills and data management experience essential.Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.Proven experience planning multiple large-scale initiatives/events concurrently.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and tactical prioritisation.Outstanding project management skills a must.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Experience collaborating cross-functionally, partnering with multiple teams to support the delivery of key learning initiatives.Outstanding business acumen and results orientation.Proven passion for working with a customer orientation and global mindset.Intermediate/Advanced Excel Qualifications.Ambitious self-starter, with a strong work ethic, intense will-to-win, and demonstrated personal excellence.Enthusiastic, fun, flexible and demonstrates a willingness to learn!Language skills a preference.
