Country: Spain
We are looking for a Head of External Engagement based in our office, Headquarters in Boadilla del Monte with at least 8 years of experience in Cyber Security, with good awareness of current and emerging cyber threats, the technical environment and the key internal and external processes/policies for preventing and mitigating cyber attacks, but critically also with experience working with external stakeholders to deliver collaboration on cyber security.
Your role will involve leading and coordinating Santander's global external engagement strategy on cyber security, working with a wide range of high-profile external organizations to deliver joint strategic and tactical initiatives.
Tus principales tareas serán: Governance: Coordinating a consistent approach to external engagement with the cyber leads in each entity.
Identifying: Looking for new collaboration opportunities across the globe.
Delivering: Oversee the delivery of collaboration projects with external entities.
Reporting: Follow agile methodology to report progress on workstreams.
Lo que aportarás Practical, hands-on experience working in cyber security roles, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and experience presenting on cyber topics to internal and external stakeholders.
