Job Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of a large number of reports to interpret the data and communicate findings to the rest of the team. Owner of daily data quality checks for clients' data reliability. Analyze large amounts of data and consolidate and translate that data into business insights. Maintain campaigns, adding the necessary details and monitoring performance through QC. Support a "root cause" culture to ensure that a true resolution and proper investigation is achieved for all performance incidents identified. Be knowledgeable on defined procedures, delivery schedules and SLAs to ensure compliance and to support Technical Account Managers. Escalate data/tool issues to Senior Analyst and Leads, communicate openly with other internal teams to ensure established deliverables are met. Responsible for verifying all backend tasks are performed. Proactively work with Team Leads, Senior Analysts, and Sales Engineers to optimize/improve Operations processes. Support the creation of documentation for the tools and processes and keep it updated. Actively work with Seniors on automation projects to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks (using Javascript, SQL, Python). Responsible for the maintenance of automation tools used by the tagging team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferably in data science/data analysis, computer science. 1+ years working experience in a data analysis role. Ability to speak and write in English fluently. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets. Knowledge of SQL and Python (Pandas and Numpy modules). Proficiency with numbers, experience in analyzing large amounts of data, and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into business insight. Detail-oriented.
