Division Sustainability Specialist, Electrification Smart Buildings

This position reports to Division Head of Sustainability Your role and responsibilities We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate sustainability specialist to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the implementation of group-wide and business-specific sustainability initiatives and programs by providingexpert solutions and advice.? Facilitates execution and contributes to the foundation of key product related sustainability initiatives (Environmental Product Declarations, Circularity Assessments, EcoSolutionsTM launches).? Manages sustainability reporting objectives, in collaboration with internal teams across functions, while analyzing data tomonitor the Division's performance and impacts.? Modifies or establishes reporting tools and processes to align with new standards/requirements.? Stays abreast of relevant sustainability trends and best practices, as well as changes in regulations, and providesconsultation to the business(es), as required.? Identifies opportunities related to product circularity and energy efficiency and proposes, plans, and/or supportssustainability projects within the Division.?Creates internal and external communication materials around the Divisionâ€s sustainability initiatives andaccomplishments and represents the Division in internal or external meetings.
Qualifications for the role Bachelorâ€s or masterâ€s degree in engineering, Natural Sciences, Environmental Sciences or other related field.
Strong understanding of sustainability principles (value chain emissions, circularity, product life cycle assessments) with basic knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards.
Prior working experience/exposure in the field of sustainability and ESG reporting aspects is a plus.
Advanced data management and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
