The position is permanent, for our location in Valencia, Spain.What you will be doingLead and manage the assigned dive resource pool and act as the focal point for diving operations within the UWS local business unit. The Dive and Resource Manager is accountable for the diving workforce's health, safety, and well-being. They are responsible for overseeing all diving operations and dive teams under their management. This includes managing and coordinating personnel, equipment, safety, and logistics for diving operations. The Dive & Resource Manager is also the line manager of the regional diving workforce (divers, supervisors, and superintendents) and handles further outlined roles and responsibilities. HRM responsibilities are also included in this function.As Dive & Resource Manager your work will focus on these responsibilities:Manage and coordinate diving personnel, equipment, and resources to ensure compliance with legal, company, and industry regulations.Ensure diving operations are staffed with a qualified team and conducted from a safe, well-equipped dive site.Oversee the preparation and mobilisation of diving equipment and personnel.Conduct site visits, kick-off, and close-out meetings for diving operations.Continuously review diving system performance to recommend improvements.Ensure accurate project documentation and compliance with company standards.Provide operational advice and specialist expertise to meet business objectives.Interface with clients to facilitate their technical and operational needs for diving projects.Participate in internal and external company audits.Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.You will shine in this role, when you have:A bachelor's degree in business, with 5-7 years of experience as a leader or manager in commercial diving, OR secondary vocational studies with 15+ years in commercial diving roles and 7+ years as a Senior Dive Supervisor / Superintendent.Strong knowledge or expertise of the commercial diving industry
