The job You will be the District Sales Manager of Natus Sensory for Finland, acting as an ambassador for the products and the values of the company. You will use your sales skills and experience to provide solutions to existing customers and to expand Natus Sensory' customer base. You will work on a Home Office base and ideally be based in Helsinki area.
Main tasks: Present, promote, support, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers (mainly the public healthcare providers). Perform cost-benefit and requirements analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs and expectations. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Achieve negotiated sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Contribute to the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Analyze Market, drive sales stage, Opportunities and Quotations Prepare status reports, forecasting and with market potential in the assigned territory and track sales trends. Monitor current order flow and work together with Customer Service Participate in fares, exhibitions, trainings etc. Report to Natus Sensory Denmark The ideal candidate You are a salesperson, with commercial focus, who enjoys building good relationships with customers and selling products that improve people's lives. In addition, you have strong communications and networking skills and thrive in a dynamic work environment where tasks can change rapidly. Your qualifications & skills BSc or MSc Degree, ideally with a technical background. At least 5 years of sales experience. Understanding of the Finnish health care system, Knowledge of hearing care is beneficial. Genuine interest in selling solutions based on customer needs, ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships. Solution selling requires ability to analyse client's needs. No restrictions for business travelling. Competence in launching a new organization in Finland. Familiarity with the use of electronic marketing. In addition to (at least) very good Finnish, English language skills (written and spoken) are necessary. Danish is considered as additional asset. Natural communication and presentation skills.
