The main mission of the Distribution Planner is to ensure the perfect allocation of seasonal and permanent RTW and Shoes, in order to meet store and region needs.
Your role will be:In close collaboration with Merchandising, guarantee effective and timely collection launches in store and constantly monitor product availability both in central and in market.Manage daily distribution of seasonal and carry over products, securing allocation priorities based on the latest market needs, and including fair share replenishment in case of shortage.Ensure rightsized stock coverage at central and in the regions, monitor worldwide stock levels and propose adjustments, including rebalancing between stores/countries/regions.Define the best shipping flows and frequencies to improve region/store service level, and support the optimization of shipping and transportation total lead times.Anticipate variations of retail demand (store openings, sales peaks, warehouse closures, etc.).Support ad hoc shipping requests to support press, shootings, etc.Provide visibility to central and regional counterparts of central product availabilities, incoming shipments and future product allocations.About us:Created in Spain in 1846, LOEWE approaches over 175 years as one of the world's major luxury houses. If you think this role is made for you, please send us your CV!What is important for the role:5+ years working experience in distribution planning with good knowledge of replenishment models in the fashion industry.Understanding and mastery of the main KPIs in inventory management: Target Stock, Stock Coverage and Fair Share.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with high level of accuracy.Excellent proficiency in Excel, and Power BI, knowledge of distribution tools would be a plus.Proactive, solid interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Effective in working in team across geography.Fluent in English and French, Spanish would be a plus.
