NXP's EMEA Sales Organization is looking for high-energy, competitive, and self-motivated sales professionals who are interested in being a part of a talented sales team, engaging with customers in creating the latest technology.
Your Responsibilities In our Distribution Business Manager role, you will:
Work in partnership with franchised distributor resources to achieve all sales objectives. You will be accountable for all distribution engagement and performance in your region.Partner with local distribution branches to engage with end-customers to create and win mutually beneficial business.Be measured on the growth of NXP sales, new design wins, and new customer growth within your market and distribution partner base.Work closely with distribution field resources and NXP product and tech team to provide elite technical service and responsiveness to customer concerns and priorities.Take complete business ownership for a few selected target customers in NXP target vertical markets (industrial, automotive, smart home/building, etc)Identify new customer projects, propose technical solutions utilizing NXP products and services, manage negotiations towards WIN/WIN outcomes, and maintain support throughout the product development cycle.Develop a comprehensive account strategy to ensure NXP has frequent communication with critical decision makers within the customer and understands the customer's critical priorities and technology needs for the future.Responsible for all communication to/from the customer and also driving internal communication to key stakeholders inside NXP product lines.Your Profile BS in Electrical/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or MS in Electrical/Computer Science/Computer EngineeringMinimum of 5 years work experience in semiconductor technical sales or field applications engineeringAbility to maintain technical expertise/competence with the ever-changing technologyStrong oral and written communication skillsWell organized and good at time managementEnthusiastic, creative with a desire to learn about business and technical topicsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentTeam player, and willing to help where needed within scope of the roleStrong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and self-driven.Willing to learn new processes and toolsWilling to travel (majority domestic) NXP Semiconductors N.V.
