.We are looking to add a Distribution Accounts Leader to our Building and Data Center Connectivity team. This role can be based anywhere within the Europe / Middle East Africa Region (EMEA).What to Expect The Distribution Account Leader has the responsibility of managing and delivering on all business through select distribution partners in the EMEA region and will report to the VP, Global Distribution Accounts. The individual is directly responsible for the management, development, and success of the distributor(s) in the region while working closely with the local Partner Account Managers, Territory Account Managers, and End-User sales teams.You Will Make an Impact By Creating, owning, and deploying the distribution account strategy, showing successful execution across the region, with incremental growth of distribution-managed revenue and alignment to CommScope growth objectives.Identifying and delivering upon strategic initiatives to differentiate and drive incremental revenue through distributors and partners, ensuring successful adoption and revenue growth for new and existing products.Developing and executing CommScope distributor business & marketing plans and managing the execution of marketing activities/programs that drive the distributors towards assigned targets.Building exceptional relationships with all levels of individuals within distribution partners and having the knowledge and capacity to interface with and positively influence all aspects of both the distributors' and CommScope's business.Managing operational efficiencies with distributors including inventory management, term sheets, and reporting.Accurately managing distribution forecasting.Creating the best partner experience and better partner experience than the CommScope competitors.Your passion for exceeding expectations makes you the right choice You know from your own consumer experience the power of being attended to and rightfully treated as though you are very important. Come grow with us.Required Qualifications for Consideration 12+ years of sales experience in the technology industry.Bachelor's degree.Regional experience with distribution relationship building and partner management with notable accomplishments, preferably in the technology industry.High degree of motivation, passion, and professionalism with excellent organizational, project management, negotiation, change management, problem-solving skills, and process management.Ability to create and articulate a compelling business value proposition for distribution partners around existing solutions and new products.In-depth professional knowledge and understanding of distributors' business requirements and models including financial, sales, and operations
