Our Team Members receive: Pay Range $16.78 - $17.00 per hour PLUS average tips per hour of $3.81 - $4.62. 75% off meals Earn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay Excellent position training and career development programs Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Health insurance (Hospital & Accident), and Life & Disability Insurance - initial waiting period for eligibility after 6 months Dishwasher: Primary Responsibilities: A Dishwasher is responsible for thoroughly washing and storing all service ware, cookware and utensils used in food preparation and service while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation and kitchen organization within the restaurant. Expected Behaviors: Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. High energy with ability to work in a high-volume environment on a consistent basis. The ability to consistently maintain a clean, professional and presentable appearance and demeanor. Must have a ready smile and willingness to make a connection with each guest.
