AIRBUS offers 40 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2024 / 2025 - Starting date October 1st, 2024. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating. Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2024, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.Job Responsibilities: This work will bring the applicant a view of the current challenges and activities developed in the HHRR Systems. Main tasks will be:Support for configuring and developing internal tools (mainly SAP but also Workday, Time...)Provide innovative solutions to business needs by collaborating in the development of the HR strategy.Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions, policies, processes, and tools to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy.Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day-to-day operations.Implement functional requirements arranged by the department of HR Reward Operations.Provide technical support in the face of new business requirements.Participate in improvement projects.Required Skills: We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:Degree in Computer or related studies.Advanced level of English.Team spirit, great collaboration skills, and transparency.Curious, open-minded, and creative person.Why should you apply?
