We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master , organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early Oct 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Description
Opportunity to join the Facility Management team in Buildings & Construction (B&C) area in Getafe! The main purpose of the B&C department in Getafe is to manage services and procedures that provide support to the business core of Airbus in Building and Infraestructures demands in Getafe.
Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
Define, implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations).
Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt.
Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management.
Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
Required skills
Master Degreein Architecture or Enginenieering
Advanced level of English (C1 level).
Fluent level of Spanish.
Proactive person, organized & structured.
Interest in developing project management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, learning orientation and proactive attitude!
